SSF III plans to prequalify eligible construction firms across all the Federal Members State for diverse projects. The prequalification process will enable SSF III to develop a database of prequalified contractors across all Federal Member State for future diverse infrastructure needs. SSF III plans to engage prequalified firms over a three (3) year period and will conduct a closed bidding process with these pre-qualified contractors across all states in Somalia.
