Invitation for Bids (IFB) – Construction of Ministerial Block and State Offices & Residence in Jowhar, Hirshabelle State

SSF III has set aside funds to cover eligible payment under a contract for the Construction of a Ministerial Block (LOT1) and State Office and Residence (LOT 2) in Jowhar, Hirshabelle State of Somalia.

SSF III invites bids from eligible and qualified entities (“Bidders”) to undertake the construction projects referenced above. Bidding will be competitive and open to all qualified firms. General details relating to both construction projects are highlighted below:

  • LOT 1: Construction of Ministry Block
  • LOT 2: Construction of State Office and Residence.
• Type of Award: Firm Fixed Price
• Bidding Instruction: Interested bidders are required to bid for both lots.

Interested Bidders are advised to submit bids by registering and login into the SSF procurement portal https://ssf.metricsled.com/ to access the bid documents.
